Eintracht Frankfurt winger Filip Kostic is the Nerazzurri’s favoured left back signing in January but a deal remains difficult to complete, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport today, the Serbian winger is unlikely to be able to join Inte in January on a dry loan deal.

The German side would need to agree a fee with Inter that they will pay in the summer in order for him to join the club permanently. This is a much bigger commitment for Inter to make in January but it may be necessary.

Aleksander Kolarov is having less and less involvement in the team. He did not feature at all against Empoli despite nearly every other fringe player in the squad playing a part.

Borussia Monchengladbach’s Ramy Bensebaini has also been linked with Inter but would have to be signed on a permanent deal.
