New Inter signing Robin Gosens is aiming to recover from injury in time for Inter’s match against Sassuolo later this month, according to a report in the Italian print media today.
As has been reported today by Tuttosport, the German wing-back is still recovering from the injury that he picked up whilst still an Atalanta player earlier in the season.
It is expected that he will be back by the end of February but he has his eye on the match against Sassuolo on February 20 where he thinks he could make the bench.
He has been training on the grass this week but only by himself. He expects be join up with the group by next Monday which will be a big step to starting his Inter career properly.
If he can feature against Sassuolo and in the next game against Genoa, he may be able to start the first Coppa Italia game against AC Milan.
