Inter are in a positive mood even though they have temporarily been overtaken at the top of Serie A by city rivals AC Milan.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri are content with the draw they earned against Napoli and not bothered by the Rossoneri’s win.

Inter were not able to take all three points away from Saturday’s head-to-head clash with Napoli, though they did get an important point and could have even taken more towards the end.

With that result behind them, the Nerazzurri only have Juventus ahead of them in Serie A among teams in the top five of the table.

Even though the Rossoneri beat Sampdoria to go a point clear at the top of the table, the Nerazzurri are confident that they can recover the gap given that they have a game in hand on their city rivals and the easier schedule on paper.
