Inter could decide to part ways with captain Samir Handanovic and wingback Ivan Perisic during the summer transfer window in order to save on their wages.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the pair may leave on free transfers should the Nerazzurri decide that the wages that they are asking for are too high.

Inter are mindful of reducing their wage bill going into next season, and this could become even more of a concern should they decide to sign Paulo Dybala on a free transfer.

Both Matias Vecino and Aleksandar Kolarov are set to depart during the summer transfer window at the end of their current deals, whilst the club are also expected to let Alexis Sanchez and Arturo Vidal go by paying severances.

However, even with these departures, they could still be looking to further trim the wage bill, and this could become a significance consideration in their contract talks with Handanovic and Perisic.
