Inter midfielder Nicolo Barella does not want to leave the club but he is being pursued by both big Madrid sides, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by FCInternews, the Sardinian midfielder has been very clear that given he just signed a new contract and is very settled at the club, he has no interest in pursuing a move to another team this summer.

It is well documented that Inter will need to sell a big player this summer and Nicolo Barella is one of the most valuable in the squad. His deal runs until 2026 so Inter certainly have the bargaining power.

Despite this set of circumstances, both Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are keen on making Inter’s number 23 part of their squad for next season.

Atletico Madrid even few Nicolo Barella as a possible replacement for Rodrigo De Paul. No deal will happen unless ridiculous figures are offered.
