Inter are serious about their interest in both Raoul Bellanova at Cagliari and Andrea Cambiaso at Genoa, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by the Roman daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport today, Inter need to find some more depth in the wingback roles after Ivan Perisic left the club on a free transfer for Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

Udinese wingback Destiny Udogie had been a serious target but he is likely to cost around €20 million which is too much for Inter to part with.

That leaves Italian youngsters Raoul Bellanova and Andrea Cambiaso who are capable of playing on both wings if needed. They are on the books at newly-relegated sides which means that Cagliari and Genoa have little in the way of bargaining power.

There are other teams in the frame for the defenders such as Napoli and Fiorentina so negotiations may not be straightforward.
