Inter are currently meeting with the agents of Udinese wingback Destiny Udogie about a possible transfer.
This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports on his homepage that the Nerazzurri have lined the 19-year-old up as a Plan B to Cagliari’s Raoul Bellanova and are sounding out a transfer with his representatives.
The Nerazzurri look close to securing Bellanova to bolster the wingback positions following the departure of Ivan Perisic to Tottenham Hotspur, but they are still keeping their options open with Udogie a player they admire.
Udogie was one of the outstanding wide players in Serie A during the season just gone and Inter are speaking with the wingback’s representatives to see whether a transfer would be possible this summer.
Tottenham are also keen on the young Italian, who they could see as a backup on the left after having already secured Perisic.
