Inter President Steven Zhang is set to make his return to Italy this weekend in order to attend to matters in the transfer market as the summer window begins to heat up.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the President will soon be back after having attended to some business in the US.

Zhang left Italy last month after having finished his months-long stay in the country with the first big meeting with the club directors and coach Simone Inzaghi where they outlined their transfer strategy for the summer.

Now, several weeks have passed since that summit took place, and the club have been working diligently on a number of signings and sales, with the coming days and weeks set to be very hectic for the Nerazzurri’s plans for the squad for next season.

Zhang will be in Italy to closely follow the club’s transfer business now that the transfer window is in full swing.
