Paulo Dybala may have to come down on his wage demands in order to get a move to Inter on a free transfer wrapped up.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the 28-year-old may have to ask for less than he had been so that a deal goes over the line in addition to his agent Jorge Antun lowering his demands for commissions.
Dybala’s situation is in limbo, with Inter’s pursuit of him very much in limbo, whilst several clubs outside of Serie A such as Atletico Madrid, Manchester United, and Paris Saint-Germain starting to think about jumping into the fray.
Inter will certainly have to get rid of Alexis Sanchez from the squad and the wage bill, and possibly another forward such as Edin Dzeko before they would be able to move for Dybala.
However, on the player’s part, the clock is ticking if he is to secure a move to a club of his choosing, with the Nerazzurri still his priority, and lowering his wage demands could help to get a deal done if this is his aim.
