Inter are going to make a choice of whether to pursue Nikola Milenkovic or Manuel Akanji but the Gleison Bremer and Milan Skriniar situation must be decided upon first, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, Inter are still confident that they can sign Gleison Bremer from Torino very soon once they have increased their bid for the Brazilian.

If Milan Skriniar is sold to Paris Saint Germain, they will need to then buy another defender to provide more depth in that area.

Nikola Milenkovic and Manuel Akanji are the most heavily linked names and it seems that the latter is the favourite. This is because Nikola Milenkovic is not adept at playing in a back three which is what would be needed at Inter.

Manuel Akanji only has one year left on his Borussia Dortmund contract and he would be open to leaving the German side.
