Young Inter midfielder Niccolo Squizzato is set to make the move to Serie A side Renate on a season-long loan for the upcoming campaign.
This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Lombard side are on the verge of completing a loan deal for the 20-year-old.
Squizzato came through the youth ranks at Inter, spending several seasons playing with the Primavera team, and last season he made his first venture into senior football, spending the campaign on loan in Serie C with Juve Stabia.
The 20-year-old returned from the Campanian team at the end of his loan, and another loan move away to continue his development within the senior game always looked to be the likeliest outcome for his future.
Renate came forward with interest in Squizzato’s signature, and now they look set to bring him in for next season in the coming days, with the player and the Nerazzurri ready to agree the move.
