Inter will have a buyback option on striker Andrea Pinamonti as part of the sale of the player to Salernitana.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that the Nerazzurri have agreed a clause in the deal with the Calabrian team that they can buy the 23-year-old back in the future.

Salernitana have made Inter an offer worth €20 million for Pinamonti, which the Nerazzurri have accepted, and so it will all come down to whether the player accepts a move to the Granata.

Inter have been asking for a buyback clause as part of their demands for the player, with the likes of Atalanta, Monza, and Sassuolo also among the clubs to have shown an interest in signing him.

Salernitana are willing to meet this request, and this has been part of the reason why the Nerazzurri have been convinced by their offer and an agreement has been reached.
