Inter have shared a picture of Simone Inzaghi and Samir Handanovic having a conversation on the sidelines during training at Appiano Gentile. 

The picture is captioned: “Gaffer and skipper, what are they talking about?”

The coach is often in close conversation with the Slovenian goalkeeper given he is the most senior member of the squad and he is the club captain.

He is likely to be the starting goalkeeper in the friendly against Villareal on Saturday evening.
