The Champions League is only a little over a week from starting now, and excitement is high for Europe’s premier club competition to start.
The Nerazzurri will be hoping that they can make progress beyond their round of sixteen exit from the season just gone, and could even be dreaming of going all the way in the competition like they did in the 2009-10 season.
Legendary defender Marco Materazzi was part of the team that won the competition that season, and he shared his trophy in anticipation of this season’s edition kicking off.
