The renewal of Milan Skriniar’s contract will not be an easy operation as Paris Saint Germain continue to push for a free transfer, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, the Nerazzurri are soon to turn their attention to the fact that they need to renew the contract of one of their star players.

They managed to avoid selling Milan Skriniar to PSG during the summer window despite many bids from the French champions for the Slovakian.

He only has one year left to run on his current deal though and whilst it is clear that he is willing to extend, it will need to be for the right terms and Inter may struggle to meet them.

One thing that can drive the price up is that PSG are going to continue trying to convince the player to commit his future to them and join on a free transfer next summer.
