Inter striker Edin Dzeko has said that his 100th Serie A goal will come soon as long as God wills it, according to a report in the Bosnian broadcast media last night.

Speaking after a match with the national team to N1, via FCInternews, the Inter striker was asked when his 100th goal in Serie A will come.

He showed that he hopes it comes soon as he responded with: “When will it come? God willing, it will come soon.”

Inter are certainly in need of more goals from Edin Dzeko as they are in a poor run of form at the moment and need to be closing the five-point gap to the teams at the top of the Serie A table.

Edin Dzeko was almost without a voice as he spoke to the press as his Bosnia side had just beaten Montenegro and gained promotion to League A in the UEFA Nations League. It is a big achievement for a team like Bosnia.
