Inter have achieved a massive milestone in the context of their season by reaching the Champions League round of sixteen.
The team sealed their place in the knockout rounds of Europe’s top competition by beating Viktoria Plzen in their fifth group stage match of the season.
The Nerazzurri have managed to do the same thing that they did last season by securing qualification with a game to spare, and did so in a group containing Bayern Munich and Barcelona.
Goalkeeper Andre Onana posted on his Twitter account after the match to celebrate.
