Inter have decided that they will sell midfielder Stefano Sensi on a permanent basis one way or another next summer.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInter1908, who report that the 27-year-old could join Monza on a permanent basis ahead of next season, but that he will certainly leave Inter.
Sensi joined Monza on loan during the summer transfer window prior to this season, having spent the second half of last season on loan at Sampdoria.
The former Sassuolo midfielder does not look to have a place at Inter, and this is the thinking of the club.
The Nerazzurri want to get Sensi’s situation sorted out for good next summer transfer window.
The midfielder’s contract runs out at the end of June 2024, and there is no intention of offering him a new deal.
Therefore, it will be necessary for the Nerazzurri to sell Sensi permanently next summer.
Monza could decide to make Sensi’s loan permanent, although this would be contingent on whether he can convince them of his fitness.
