Inter would only sell wingback Denzel Dumfries during the January transfer window should an offer in the region of €50-60 million arrive right away.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri are likely to prefer to cash in on the Dutchman during next summer’s transfer window, as interest emerges from Chelsea, Manchester United, and Bayern Munich.
Dumfries increasingly looks to be the player who Inter will try to sell in order to meet their financial target of €60 million net profit before the fiscal year ends.
Given that they ended the summer with a net profit of around €30 million, a sale of the 26-year-old should more than take Inter to their goal.
The Nerazzurri are now holding out for around €50-60 million for the Dutchman based on his performances at the World Cup, and all of Chelsea, Bayern, and Man United are keen.
Should one of the clubs interested make Inter an offer of that amount straightaway in January then the Nerazzurri could decide to get a deal wrapped up.
However, the club are more planning for a summer sale next June.
