Tottenham Hotspur wingback Emerson Royal and Torino wingback Wilfried Singo are two of the main names on Inter’s list of possible replacements for Denzel Dumfries at left-wingback.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri would be likelier to turn to one of the pair than either PSG’s Achraf Hakimi or Lazio’s Manuel Lazzari.

With Dumfries increasingly linked with a big money sale away from Inter, the Nerazzurri could soon have to search for a like-for-like replacement for the 26-year-old former PSV wingback on the right.

A possible return for Hakimi from PSG has been linked, but in reality such a deal would almost certainly be beyond the Nerazzurri financially speaking.

Meanwhile, Lazio’s Lazzari is a player who coach Simone Inzaghi would be happy to reunite with, but just signed a contract extension with the Biancocelesti, who would not be easy to negotiate with.

Accordingly, it looks to be Royal and Singo who are the most plausible candidates to replace Dumfries at the moment.
