Borussia Monchengladbach would want around €15 million for striker Marcus Thuram if he is to leave during the January transfer window.
This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who reported this afternoon via FCInterNews that Inter would consider moving for the 25-year-old next month, and that his club have made their asking price for him clear.
Thuram will be available on a free transfer next summer, but Inter may decide that they do not want to wait that long to try and sign him.
Given the competition from Bayern Munich in particular for the Frenchman’s signature, the Nerazzurri could be keen to try and wrap up a deal to sign Thuram sooner rather than later.
The Nerazzurri could hope that the prospect of offering Thuram an immediate place in their starting eleven would be enough to convince him to join.
According to Mediaset, Gladbach have made clear to Inter that around €15 million would be the amount needed to complete a deal for the 25-year-old in January.
