Inter are ready to move on from contract extension talks with Milan Skriniar quickly and start negotiating with other players in the squad on new deals.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri will turn their focus to the likes of Alessandro Bastoni, Edin Dzeko, Matteo Darmian, and Stefan de Vrij once talks with Skriniar are concluded.

Right now, Inter’s focus is on agreeing a new deal with defender Skriniar, but he is far from the only player within the squad whose contract extension is currently outstanding.

All of Dzeko, Darmian, and de Vrij see their current deals expire at the end of June 2023 like the Slovakian, and in all three cases Inter are keen to agree new deals.

Meanwhile, defender Bastoni’s current contract runs out at the end of June 2024, but Inter are keen to make significant progress in talks with the 23-year-old soon.
