Atalanta defender Giorgio Scalvini is Inter’s top target in next summer transfer window.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInter1908, who report that the Nerazzurri have marked the 19-year-old out as their most ambitious transfer goal ahead of next season.
Signing Scalvini is not likely to prove easy given that the youngster’s form for Atalanta this season has attracted the interest of a number of Europe’s biggest clubs and seen his asking price skyrocket.
However, as far as the Nerazzurri are concerned, the 19-year-old is a player who would be worth making an ambitious move for.
If the Nerazzurri are able to make a big signing in next summer’s transfer window, then Scalvini would be the first name on their list.
The defender is seen as an ideal player to reinforce the defense both in the short term and for the longer term future.
