Referee Juan Luca Sacchi has been appointed to be in charge of Inter’s Serie A clash with Monza this Saturday.

This is confirmed by an announcement by the Lega Serie A of the officiating crews for all of the fixtures for this matchday, as reported by FCInterNews.

Sacchi will be assisted in his duties by the likes of Matteo Bottegoni and Alessandro Cipressa.

Meanwhile, the role of fourth official will be filled by Luca Massimi.

In the VAR booth, Paolo Mazzoleni will oversee the match to ensure that any errors made by the on-pitch officials are corrected.

The role of assistant to Mazzoleni as the video assistant will be filled by Antonio Di Martino.

Inter will be hoping that the focus stays on the action on the pitch rather than on any officiating controversy.

The Nerazzurri are looking to build on their win against league leaders Napoli at the San Siro yesterday evening.
