Inter are looking into the possibility of building a new stadium in the Rozzano area, and also have other potential areas in mind.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Corriere della Sera, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri are taking steps to change their new stadium plans now that it appears that AC Milan have abandoned the idea of building at San Siro together.

Whilst it is not fully confirmed that Milan will abandon the previous plan to build a new stadium in place of the San Siro with Inter, it looks to be only a matter of time before they definitively go their own way.

This has left a lot of uncertainty surrounding what Inter’s next move will be without their city rivals.

According to the Corriere della Sera, the Nerazzurri are responding to the developments by getting more serious about the possibility of the Rozzano area, whilst it is not the only area in the Greater Metropolitan Area of Milan that they are looking at.
