Defender Yann Bisseck is close to making a return to full training ahead of Sunday’s Serie A match between Lecce and Inter Milan.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews. They report that the German should be back either or tomorrow or Saturday, and Francesco Acerbi is also approaching a return.

Inter have had to do without defender Yann Bisseck for the last few matches.

The German picked up a thigh injury in the wake of the Nerazzurri’s Supercoppa Italiana final clash with AC Milan.

In the meantime, Benjamin Pavard has returned to fitness. And Matteo Darmian has also played some matches on the right of the back three for Inter.

According to Sky, though, Inter are close to getting Bisseck back.

The broadcaster report that the 24-year-old has nearly fully recovered from his thigh injury.

Therefore, Bisseck will be able to return to training very soon. Sky anticipate that he will be back in training as early as tomorrow potentially. Otherwise, he’ll be back in full training Saturday.

Inter’s next match is away to Lecce in Serie A.

And Bisseck could be back in the squad for that match after missing the last few.

Meanwhile, Sky report, Francesco Acerbi is also showing positive signs in his own injury recovery.

Sky report that the 36-year-old former Lazio and Sassuolo defender should be back within 7-10 days.
