Francisco Conceicao has joined Cristiano Ronaldo on a goalscoring stat for Juventus in the Derby d’Italia against Inter Milan.

The 22-year-old scored the winning goal in yesterday’s 1-0 Serie A victory for the Bianconeri.

Conceicao became just the third player to score for Juventus against Inter in the Derby d’Italia.

And in doing so, the young winger, currently on loan at Juventus from Porto, joined some elite company.

Previously, only Rui Barros and Cristiano Ronaldo had scored for the Bianconeri against the Nerazzurri.

Football stats account Opta highlighted in a tweet that “Francisco Conceição is only the third Portuguese player to score for Juventus against Inter in #SerieA, after Cristiano Ronaldo (two goals between 2019 and 2021) and Rui Gil Barros (one goal in 1989). Fellowship.
