Inter Milan head coach Simone Inzaghi is desperate for his side to find consistency in Serie A amid a rough patch in early 2025.

According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, Inzaghi wants the Nerazzurri to approach domestic matches differently.

Indeed, Simone Inzaghi sees Inter’s Champions League form as an ideal example.

Despite an intimidating competition for a top-eight finish, Inter locked down an impressive fourth place in the league phase.

Furthermore, they only lost once in eight European games this term.

Therefore, they were the only Serie A team to progress directly to the round of 16.

Simone Inzaghi Wants Inter Milan to Replicate Champions League Form in Serie A

Defensively robust, Inter only conceded once in eight Champions League fixtures this season.

However, things haven’t gone smoothly in Serie A, where they’ve already capitulated 24 times.

Moreover, a disheartening 1-0 loss at Juventus last weekend saw them fall two points behind pacesetters Napoli.

Therefore, Inzaghi is eager to improve his team’s domestic form.

Genoa’s visit this weekend will be a chance for Inter to impress their manager, though Marcus Thuram could be unavailable.
