Kingsley Coman and Aleksandar Pavlovic are fit to return in Wednesday’s Champions League clash between Inter Milan and Bayern Munich.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany has been working around a slew of major injuries.
The Bavarians are without quite a number of important players. And it could hardly come at a worse time in their season.
Jamal Musiala was out against Inter for last week’s Champions League quarterfinal first leg. And he’ll miss the second leg as well.
Then, injuries to all of Alphonso Davies, Dayot Upamecano, and Hiroki Ito have decimated the Bavarians’ defense.
Coman & Pavlovic Fit For Inter Milan Vs Bayern Munich Clash
There are, however, a few rays of sunshine for Bayern coach Kompany, injury-wise.
Firstly, winger Kingsley Coman is back.
The Frenchman had been unavailable for last week’s first leg against Inter. However, he will be fit for the second leg.
Meanwhile, midfielder Aleksandar Pavlovic has been absent for a few weeks recovering from mononucleosis.
That has been a blow for Bayern. The German international had been a key player for the German giants over the first half of the season.
But Kompany can count on Pavlovic in the second leg against Inter.
