Inter Milan lost out on the Serie A title to Napoli on the final day despite beating Como.
The Nerazzurri were able to get the job done against their newly-promoted Lombard rivals. They beat the Lariani 2-0.
However, in Naples, Napoli beat Cagliari by the scoreline. Therefore, that was enough to hold on to their one-point advantage in the Serie A table.
Inter Milan were unable to become the first team to defend the title since the 2019-20 season.
