The reports place emphasis on Marco Fumagalli, a left-wing councillor who the paper claim could be the 25th vote required.
Furthermore, the reports claim that any indecision can be resolved with changes to the text of the resolution.
However, If the council vote against the sale on Monday, the two clubs will have to find an alternative solution.
A possible alternative would involve Inter following the Rossoneri to San Donato.
