Inter Milan could shockingly offload out-of-favor midfielder Davide Frattesi to Juventus during the January transfer window.

According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the San Siro giants are open to loaning out their outcast this winter.

Davide Frattesi has been on the fringes of Cristian Chivu’s squad this season.

Chivu vowed to reignite the Italian’s career in Lombardy upon his appointment in June.

Despite the Romanian manager’s pre-season promise, the 26-year-old has been unable to secure regular first-team football at Giuseppe Meazza.

Frattesi has grown tired of his bit-part role in Milan and could ask to leave the club next month.

Meanwhile, Juventus have already informed Inter that they have no intention of including Khephren Thuram in a potential swap deal.

However, the record-time Italian champions could sign the former Sassuolo star on loan until the end of the season.

Indeed, a permanent transfer seems unlikely, considering they’re unlikely to meet Inter’s €35 million asking price.

In addition to Frattesi, the Bianconeri are also interested in Quentin Timber and Xavier Schlager.
