Saudi Pro League giants Al-Hilal have not given up on their hopes of hiring Inter Milan sporting director Piero Ausilio.
According to Tuttosport via FCInternews, the Saudis could make a new offer for the Nerazzurri chief in January.
Buoyed by the arrival of Simone Inzaghi in June, Al-Hilal tried to lure Piero Ausilio to the desert during the summer.
However, unlike Inzaghi, the 53-year-old turned down the riches of Saudi Arabia, pledging his loyalty to San Siro.

Inzaghi’s men have gotten used to doing business in Serie A.
In addition to signing the 49-year-old manager, Al-Hilal took several elite stars away from the country.
Indeed, Theo Hernandez, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, and Kalidou Koulibaly have swapped Italy for Riyadh.
Yet, Ausilio seems to have no intention of becoming the latest prominent Serie A figure to trade Italy for the Saudi Pro League.
On the other hand, Al-Hilal could make a new attempt to change his mind during the January transfer window.
