Serie A powerhouse Inter Milan are preparing for what shapes up to be a transitional summer at San Siro.

According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInter1908, the Nerazzurri could face a mass exodus at the end of the season.

Indeed, it could be an unprecedented transfer window for the runaway Serie A leaders.

From several expiring contracts to potential big-name exits, Inter could ‘change their skin’ ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.

As things stand, four departures seem like a foregone conclusion.

Stefan de Vrij, Francesco Acerbi, Matteo Darmian, and Yann Sommer have entered the final few months of their contracts.

Moreover, the Italian giants have already decided not to renew their deals.

Veteran midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan is in the same boat. However, the club may still offer him a short-term extension.

Meanwhile, Inter could make a couple of mega-money sales.

French striker Marcus Thuram has failed to impress this season, prompting the Nerazzurri to put him on the market.

Furthermore, star center-back Alessandro Bastoni could be another first-team star to cut ties with the Nerazzurri.

Wanted by Manchester United and Barcelona, the 26-year-old is contemplating his future at San Siro amid off-field turmoil.
