Inter Milan are reportedly evaluating a double summer swoop for Roma duo Lorenzo Pellegrini and Zeki Celik.

According to Il Giorno via FCInter1908, the Nerazzurri could make a move for the outgoing Giallorossi stars.

Lorenzo Pellegrini has been on Inter’s radar for a few years now.

However, Roma had shown little interest in selling the Italian midfielder in the previous years.

With Pellegrini’s contract set to expire in June, this could be a perfect opportunity for Inter to secure the 29-year-old’s signature.

Indeed, the former Sassuolo man would be a major coup for the Nerazzurri, especially as his arrival wouldn’t cost a dime.

Inter Milan Consider Double Swoop for Roma Duo Pellegrini & Celik

In addition to Pellegrini, Inter have recently set their sights on another Roma player.

Seeking a suitable replacement for Denzel Dumfries, who could leave San Siro in the summer, they’ve identified Zeki Celik as a potential target.

Furthermore, the Turkish fullback will be out of contract at the end of the current campaign.

Therefore, he has emerged as a potential cost-effective signing for the runaway Serie A leaders.

However, Inter will reportedly face stiff competition from eternal rivals in the race to sign the former Lille defender.
