According to Sport Mediaset, Mino Raiola and Inter have already started work to bring Mario Balotelli back to Milan. According to the report, Mino Raiola has been in touch with Inter management to draw up plans for how to act in negotiations with Manchester City. He has also been given mandate to examine whether the English club, this summer, would accept a loan with an option to buy for a sum that does not exceed 20 million euros. In short, a deal similar to Inter’s agreement with Porto in the Guarins transaction.

Sport Mediaset also reports that a move to Milan is unlikely at the moment for several reasons. First and foremost: Raiola has, for practical reasons, no interest in the player moving to Milan because another of his clients, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, is already there. The second reason is that Milan currently have neither the financial resources required, nor any plans to recruit a forward. Should this change, however, Carlos Tevez remains their first choice.
