Earlier in the season, most pundits were convinced that Wesley Sneijder would leave Inter in the coming summer. Now they are not as certain anymore as the Dutchman has been brilliant since he came back from injuries and coach Stramaccioni took over. Moreover, it is a completely different tone in Sneijders statements and messages on Twitter. Today he wrote the following:
“Good morning everyone! Today we go back to work again after two days of rest. We are preparing for the final game of the season: Lazio-Inter. We want to finish the season well. The fans, the club, the team deserves it and the president definitely deserves it. I can’t wait to get out on the pitch.”
