Christian Eriksen of Ajax has impressed during the autumn and many of the major European clubs are following him closely. In an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport, he learns that Inter is one of these clubs: “I have heard that there are many clubs following me, but it’s the first time I hear about Inter.” Christian Eriksen is surprised, but happy about the news on the transfer market. “Take the number ten from Sneijder? No, I do not play with the number ten. But of course it makes me happy to hear that another big club shows an interest in me. I will make decisions on my future later, it’s not true that I only want to move to La Liga. Italy, England, Spain: I will look at all the options that are presented to me. Before I leave Ajax I want to win something more and that’s the only thing I am concentrating on.”
Clearly Eriksen has many clubs interested and surely bids will come. Inter? It remains to be seen, but certainly the club appreciates the Dane.
