Galliani:”Fine relationship with Inter”

Adriano Galliani spoke to the gathered journalists at the Gazzetta dello Sport today on Candido Cannavò Day.

“The relationship with Inter is fine and there have never been any problems there. We’re partners in the stadium and there’s only healthy sporting rivalry between us.

The derby? It’s  shame it’s this weekend, In would have liked more time to enjoy the win over Barcelona. The start of the season for us seemed horrible. If we look back at the start of the season we got 7 points from 8 games. Now we have 14 in the first 6 matches of the second half of the season, that’s double the amount, regardless of what happens in the next two matches.

Balotelli was sold by Inter to City where he stayed for 2 and a half years. He joined us from City and not from Inter. He left them three seasons ago. I haven’t talked to him about the derby and I don’t think I need to. I don’t believe and I certainly hope there won’t be any racist chanting. Milan is not a racist city and I don’t think it will happen.”
