Defender Juan Jesus spoke to several TV channels after the game, starting with Sky.

“We did everything to win this game, and I feel bad.”

Is it only bad luck?

“Now we have two more games we will try and win them. I always try to do my best, but this season has gone like this. Let’s hope the next season will be better. Lastly the young defender spoke with Inter Channel where he made sure to point out that he has confidence in his teammates and that they did their best.

“I am sorry for Alvarez because he slipped, but I do hope next year will be different. Sunday will be difficult because then neither I nor Pereira will be there, but Mister will put a strong team on the pitch and whoever is able to do it well will play. It is important for Pasa and Benassi to gain experience, they have great careers in front of them and I wish them a lot of good luck”.

 Inter won’t be playing in Europe next season.

“We are Inter so obviously we feel bad, we started the season with the Europa League. It’s a shame. Jonathan? I called him, he is fine we’ll see in the next few days how it will go.”
