A last minute move from Inter for Mauro Icardi? AS Monaco have made a loan offer during the last few hours, even if the Argentinian’s agent denies the rumors in an interview with CalcioMercato.com’s Simone Togna:
“The only persons who can comment on Icardi’s future are Inter’s directors, because neither me nor the player can talk about the subject. I think there is too much discussion about Mauro’s personal life, the player should be allowed some space. His future? Mauro is happy at Inter, he wants to play more regularly so he can prove to Mazzarri that he is the best attacking player in the squad. I don’t want to talk about Monaco, I do not wish to comment on rumors regarding other teams.”
But in spite of the agent’s denial, the negotiations with Monaco continue, and Abian Morano has left Milan for the moment.
