Branca

Via a statement on the club’s official website, Inter yesterday announced that Marco Branca is leaving the club. He became the first director from Moratti’s time to leave after the change of ownership. Today, Tuttosport writes about why the issue could be resolved so quickly:

“The decision that has been in the air for at least ten days became official in record time thanks to the fact that Branca gentlemanly didn’t create any obstacles regarding the severance pay which will cost Inter approximately three million (net) given that the technical director had a contract as director that was indefinite. Expenditures are still important in these times of crisis, hence the decision to improve the internal resources by putting some other hypotheses on ice like Sabatini, Baldini or Montali.”
