Both Inter defender Juan Jesus and Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi have been suspended for the next three Serie A games due to punching their opponents.
Neither player was punished by the referee during Saturdays 0-0 draw between AS Roma and Inter but the league judge made the decision based upon TV replays.
During the first half Daniele De Rossi punched Inters argentinian attacker Mauro Icardi in the face and as a result of his actions he was later on dropped from Cesare Prandellis national squad who’s facing Spain this Wednesday. In Juan Jesus case, during the final stages of the match Juan decided to punch Roma defender Romangoli in the stomach. The referee didn’t see it but now the league judge have stepped in and decided to ban both player for the next three Serie A matches.
