Inter keep on improving in every game they play. Now the team has reached the fourth place in the league, with eight points separating them from the third position. This is what Walter Mazzarri said to Sky directly after the game: “Are we aiming for the third place now? No, we continue to focus on one game at a time, be it home or away. When Verona pressured us a little, he could have helped the team more than he did. But it’s normal, he still has things to learn because he is young”.
After the goal Mazzarri was seen making gestures to the team, what was he trying to get across to the players? ”I don’t want to see a change in the players’ attitude, no lost focus. Until the end, even after several goals, I want the team to play as if the score were 0-0″.
