“No, I’m not talking about Inter.” That was what the former Inter coach Andrea Stramaccioni said when he was interviewed by Il Mattino in Naples in connection with the award ‘Angeli dello Sport’ in Rome. He also stressed that Juventus in his opinion, will win the league “in a well-deserved manner,” and avoided thus to answer questions about Walter Mazzarri’s Inter. He also expressed a wish: “I miss the work on the pitch, I can’t wait to coach again.”
Stramaccioni also talked about Rafa Benitez and his season in Napoli: “He has already been to Italy and had difficulties. It seems that this experience helped him a lot, because his work has led to positive results this season. This despite the many changes that Napoli have made.”

Strama is good but he’s not Inter quality yet. This team were just as inconsistent with him here as they have been under Mazarri.
The only coaches I want to see come here are Mourinho obviously, but that won’t happen, and De Boer.
you should be WM’s headcoach assistant so you can change WM’s mindset about youngster and WM can pull out his cold hand to youngster!
When strama was fired, I actually had hoped that strama would be the assistant of mazzari. This gives a mixture of old school and the new age, as well as allowing strama to understand serie A better and after a few years he can become coach and it would be perfect.
However, it would be a downgrade from being coach to assistant at the same team, so i knew it would never happen.
yup, you’re right, that’ll be downgrade if strama as headcoach assistant. But I really miss when Strama give lots youngsters confidence on the team, he has great vision about developing young team but lack of experience on Europe (maybe serie-A too), I think if WM can give youngsters confidence and motivate like strama did, I’m sure all talented player like Kovacic, Taider, Botta will rising on the next season, and WM can build new dangerous inter, not only in league but also Europe 🙂
I aflso remember when Mou arrive on inter at first time, His first mission is fix the mentality of all players, maybe this thing is mssing on WM, lack of motivating on team (youngsters?) and just pretending with his old 3-5-2 tactics
Come to inter again
and i can’t wait to see you gain much more experience to be a better coach and shows your talent
please back to inter, i like your tactics, that give the inter identity
what identity? he changed the formations each game. even he changed the formation in the middle of the game on several occasions without any success.
not to mention his ridiculous move such as bringing Samuel as a forward or fielded Naga only to had him substituted in a couple minutes.
well, he might be a better coach in the future, but for this moment he need experience to find his ‘identity’.
i think he changes it coz many of our player injured. what will happen if mazzari in strama position last year? i think we can go to serie b
Not really. He often changed the formation over the 90 minutes. Which is considered to be clueless.
5-6 players got injured, we can said it unlucky.
but when more than a half of the squad got injured, there’s something wrong with how they trained.
last year injury disaster was part result of Strama lack of experience.
