ranocchia

Andrea Ranocchia spoke to Sky Sport 24 about his recent form and about Inter’s ambitions for the end of the season. “It’s a positive moment for me personally, I’m in good shape and I hope that I can continue this way. I hope that I can help Inter qualify for Europe next season” said the 26 year old defender. “It’s crucial that we qualify for Europe, it’s the only goal we have and we absolutely must achieve it in order for us to build a good team next season. A team like Inter can’t allow itself to be out of Europe for two consecutive seasons. I really hope that next year will be the year of rebirth for us. I want it to be the year that the club creates a group that can do well in both the Serie A and in Europe.” He was then asked about whether he’s going to renew his contract which is set to expire in 2015. There’s no rush. My contract won’t expire until 2015 so we still have time. We haven’t spoken about it yet because we are just  thinking about getting into Europe at the moment.
