A year long loan spell at Milan has come to an end and Matias Silvestre is ready for an Inter return. It isn’t probable that the Argentinian is staying at Inter though and the mercato is moving around him. To get to a grip on the situation our partners FcInternews.it contacted his agent Gerry Piccolillo and asked him about the transfer that never happened to Milan and the rumours about Besiktas and Palermo. Here is what he said;

“He’ll surely return to Inter, we still need to meet with them to discuss the future. In these days I’ve had several contacts with italian and foreign teams who’ve all collected information about the player. Now we are waiting the transfer season is starting. Besiktas an option? It is one of the teams that has made an approach during this period, but we are still waiting to hear offers and of course that they talk to Inter who own the player. A return to Palermo in the deal for Abel Hernandez? It would be a solution that Matias would like but at the moment there is nothing tangible. We don’t know if Inter are really interested in Hernandez or if the two deals can follow parallell ways. At the moment we’ve only been asked about the players availability, nothing more.”
