The first signing of the new Palermo, promoted to Serie A this coming season could be the Ghanaian midfielder Alfred Duncan, product of the Inter youth system who last season at Livorno. There supposedly is an agreement in principle between the Nerazzurri and the Sicilians, on the basis of three million Euros. Still missing, however, is the Ghanaian’s ok to transfer to Rosanero.
