The answer is in your question. If he was Silvestre Inter would pay 6 mill for him. If he was Schelotto they would pay 7 mill for him. But if he’s Rolando Inter only wants to pay 3.5 mill for him. In other words, if he sucked Inter would overpay for him but if he’s good inter want to underpay for him. That’s the Inter way I suppose!
