Interviewed by TuttoMercatoInter.it, the FIFA agent Gianfranco Cicchetti talked about Inter’s transfer market and possible developments which may be after the definition of the deal for M’Vila and Dodò during this week.

Inter now seems to be almost definite, after the arrival of M’Vila and Dodo, missing only the attacker who at this point will become the big signing, who will it be?

“In my opinion, Inter will still make some other operation, in addition to the attacker. They could get a defender, who numerically would replace one of Rolando (not yet redeemed by Porto) and Campagnaro (negotiations with Roma for a farewell), as well as another midfielder, especially if at least one Kuzmanovic, Guarin and Alvarez were to leave. Regarding the attacker, one will arrive, but an important one. Inter will try to get Jovetic on loan with the right of purchase from Manchester City, but in the meantime, they continue to monitor Osvaldo (Southampton), Mitroglou (Fulham) and Soldado (Tottenham). One of these could be wearing black and blue.”

In defense, if they do not get Rolando, who is a serious candidate?

“The fact that Rolando wasn’t called by Porto makes the Portuguese defender closer to Inter, despite the dangerous involvement of Roma. The negotiation for the Chilean Medel (Cardiff), who could arrive on loan with the right of purchase, would give Mazzarri a pliable pawn to be used both in midfield and defense, a role in which the latter is usually used in the Chilean National since Sampaoli.”

The chapter Guarin, the player is not on the market but…?

“In theory, he has renewed his contract only a few months ago, but in practice he is on the market. If Inter receive offers and tempting proposals they will sacrifice him to make cash and reinvest the proceeds in other operations. Otherwise he will play for a place with the other midfielders, well knowing that he slipped back into the hierarchies of the coach from Livorno. Watch out for Juventus, who could return to the office especially if they were to sell one of Vidal and Pogba.”

Surprise signing?

“I think Inter will make a nice signing on the transfer market with a young important foreigner. The clues lead to South America, where the Nerazzurri scouts have followed several young talents who they are talking very well of.”
